We advise new or evolving firms with respect to the benefits of the formation of various Lithuanian business entities (a stock corporation, a limited company or partnerships), and with respect to shareholder relationships. The Firm is able to provide guidance on financial issues such as securities offerings, mergers and divestiture of assets. We also advise on the operational needs of our Lithuanian and foreign clients, including contracts and commercial arrangements, legal due diligence, tax due diligence investigations and reports, non-competition and confidentiality matters, and employment issues, such as the preparation of corporate internal work rules and job descriptions.
