Aidas F. Palubinskas, Esq., is an attorney with the firm's Vilnius office. Mr. Palubinskas has extensive experience in Lithuanian affairs and has worked as an advisor to former President Vytautas Landsbergis and members of the Lithuanian parliament. Mr. Palubinskas earned his bachelor's degree at Loyola University Chicago with a major in German language and literature. Mr. Palubinskas received his juris doctoris degree in 1996 from the Northern Illinois University College of Law. Mr. Palubinskas has also previously studied admiralty and maritime law at Tulane University School of Law in New Orleans, Louisiana. Mr. Palubinskas is admitted to practice in the courts of Illinois, the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and the Ministry of Justice of Lithuania. Jurate Matoniene, Esq., is an attorney associated with the Vilnius office of the Firm. Ms. Matoniene graduated from the Garliava Secondary School in 1983 and from the Law Faculty of the University of Vilnius in 1998. Ms. Matoniene served as a secretary with the Vilkaviskis District Court from 1983 to 1985 and from 1985 to 1987 worked with the Vilkaviskis Public Prosecutor' s office. From 1987 to 1989 Ms. Matoniene worked with the Kaunas Prosecutor' s Office. From 1997 to 2000 Ms. Matoniene worked with Parex Leasing Corporation in Vilnius; form 2000 to 2003 Ms. Matoniene practiced law with the SPES law firm in Vilnius. Ms. Matoniene' s specializes in finance, company, contract, securities, and insurance law; Ms. Matoniene has also extensive experience in family law matters including adoption matters.

Edita Gruodytė, Esq., is an attorney with the firm's office in Vilnius. Ms. Gruodytė in 1996 obtained bachelor degree in English language and literature in Vytautas Magnus University in Kaunas. In 1999 received master degree in international law in Vytautas Magnus University. In 2003 obtained Ph'd in Social Sciences in Law University of Lithuania. Ms. Edita Gruodytė started her practical experience as a lawyer form 1998, were she worked as a lawyer in Lithuanian Savings Bank in Kaunas, Lithuania. From May 2000 till 2004 worked as a jurist in several corporate companies - Antera, Žalvaris, N. Poligrafija which later became her constant clients. From 2001 till 2004 Mss. Gruodytė worked as an apprentice of an advocate. From 2004 until now Mss. Gruodytė works as an attorney. Mss. Gruodytė specializes in Company, International, Tax and Criminal law. Also Mss. Gruodytė is docent in Mykolas Romeris University in Vilnius, were she gives lectures to the law students, the author of two monographs, many scientific articles, from 2000 a member of Kaunas Lawyers Association Board, form 2005 - a legal expert in NGO "Parents Against Drugs".

Vytautas Garšva, Esq., is a jurist with the firm' office in Vilnius, Lithuania. From 1999 to 2003 he studied at General Jonas Žemaitis Lithuanian national military academy. Mr. Garsva graduated in 2003 and received a Bachelor´s degree in public administration. In 2004, Mr. Garšva received his Bachelor´s degree in Pedagogy from Vilnius Pedagogical University. Mr. Garšva received his Master's Degree from the Law Faculty of the University of Vilnius in 2007. His specializations include real estate law and commercial and corporate law.
